If you are interested in an own Cottage, watch around the Sim to locate an available one or take a look to the Online Board Wall at landing point of Sleeping Beauty - signs with "Cottage available" or check our online portal

AVAILABLE HOMES

The weekly rent is 200L for an outer ring house or at the beach and 250L for a themed house, Sky Beauties. You will get an empty or basic furniture Cottage with 100 prim usage for your own things and decorations (if you need more, ask for an upgrade), a visitor tracker with website log and a security system to kick/ban non-tippers out of your home. Furthermore you have a really active and helpful community in back, managers they can help you with most of the things ~ we are a family. As a special you have as Sleeping Beauty tenant free entry to our professional Photo Studio.

If you found a Cottage check out the rental sign (left side of the Cottage door), right click and pay between 1 and 4 weeks. After payment you will get a group invite for the Sleeping Beauty Management ~ you need this group to get permissions for the Tipjar, online boards and rezzing in your Cottage. This invite will be sent automatically by a group bot, so please make sure you have a group spot available. If you have issues please feel free to call a Manager.

HOW TO RENT

STEP BY STEP TO YOUR OWN NAUGHTY HOME

1. Study the Sim or watch the Online Boards / Village Map at landing point for available Homes

2. Chose an available Cottage and teleport or walk there

3. Locate the rental sign (Cottages left side) > right click > pay

4. Chose your favorite rental time (up to 4 weeks)

5. You will get an information notecard and the important group invite from our inviter bot

6. Accept the group invite for further permissions + wear the group tag *Sleeping Beauty*

7. Login the online board direct at your Cottage / Apartment

8. Login the Tip Jar inside your Cottage / Apartment

9. Teleport to the landing point of Sleeping Beauty and watch the Online Wall / Village Map

10. Locate your private Ad board > touch the board > rent (for free)

11. Load your content (3 pictures, 1 NC, 1 Landmark) (follow chat instructions)

12. Press "READY" and check if your Ad Board works well

IMPORTANT : RENTAL END

★ Please renew your rental within the legal rental time, don't overdue!

★ 12/24 hours after rental ends, our inviter bot will remove you from the tenants group

★ Your furniture and decorations will be send back to you / no guarantee for lost objects!

You may message a non-tipper with kindness and respect if you are 100% certain they have used you and not paid.
Check your security log, chat log and your transaction history before messaging.

Aggressive behavior toward guests is not allowed. They may have crashed. Give them a chance.

If another beauty was not tipped, do not message the guest on her behalf. Notify management.

★ As Sleeping Beauty tenant you are able to send notices at the Fan Group ★
[ maximum 2 notes per tenant/cottage a day ]
[ minimum 30 minutes between notices to reduce spam for the fans ]
[ please ask a General Manager (GM) for permissions ]
[ breaking that rule and you lost your permission for 24 hours / a week ]

Don't take clients from other girls! This is an automatic BAN! If you can't read a text, use a translator, even if they are bad, you get the idea of what is being said! No more excuses!
