Around landing area we have some Ad Boards for public use. Two sizes are available for different values:
Big Adboard = L$ 150 / week
Small Ad Board = L$ 80 / week
To rent this AD Board you just need to pay it: right click on it, choose pay, then click on one of the available default prices. Each amount allows you to rent the board for **7 days (1 week)**. Maximum rental time is 4 weeks - please renew from time to time.
Once you have paid the AD Board, your rental will start and you will receive the User Guide that will help you to load your advertisement.

QUICK STEPS TO SETUP THE AD BOARD:
1. Once rented, click on the Board and choose "CONTENTS" from the main menu.
2. Click on "Load items", you'll have 2 minutes to load your advertisement.
TIP: If you need more time to load your advertisement, click again on "Load items".
3. Open your inventory and make sure that the items you want to load are both copy and transf.
4. Hold down Ctrl key on your keyboard, then drag your items (one at a time) from your inventory onto the AD Board.
5. Once you've loaded all objects, click on "Ready" or just wait the board to end the countdown. Done!

FULL CONTROL FOR YOUR HOME & BUSINESS
There is a new system in place, a security orb on each rental. The beauty has the right to eject a client for non payment on her cottage. Don't forget to write to the client first, maybe he forgot it *smiles*. After adding to banned list the client can't enter your cottage - SOFT BAN - that means it will not ban the client completely from the sim, the client will have access to other beauties.
furthermore will the orb track your cottage / apartment and visitors. you have a log at the public channel and into the orb menu a "CONTROL PANEL" (web link) to see exactly who was there and how long etc.
How to use:
example: you are in your cottage, client comes in > you will be informed
- if the client gets imprudent and doesn't pay.
> then you can click on your orb that is located on the outside behind the column where the caspervend is located (on top).

* Also to remove a client. go through the process stated above it will then give you the option to remove. when the menu comes down just put the number of the client that is banned (not his/her uuid)
